CMS accepts students throughout the school year based on available classroom space. Here's how it works:
Parents' visit: We encourage both parents to visit the school.
When you visit, you will meet the Admissions Director, tour the facility, and observe children in their daily learning activities in the
classrooms. This is a good time to learn more about the Montessori teaching philosophy. Guidelines for observing a Montessori classroom are available at right.
Application: We accept applications throughout the year for immedidate or future enrollment. Pending a review of the application, if space is available, you will receive a letter of acceptance and an enrollment agreement. Your child's space will be reserved upon receipt of the signed enrollment agreement. If the program for your child's age is full, your child may be placed on a wait list until a space becomes available.
Child's visit: Before your child starts school at CMS, we will contact you to set up a time for you and your child to visit and spend time in the new classroom. This will help ensure a smooth transition.
